total HP goal would be 400hp
Sweet mamma.......I love to see that kind of power..
But I'm gonna skip the boost part just because it cost too much to keep up

oh yeah .
and yeah the cost to keep up is downside but still more cheaper then going for same amount of power N/A, and the sound of the turbo is a plus

Well if you're talking about power and sound of turbo than go for it......
I'm not much of a power guy
turbo cheapest way to get power out of a d series , considering doing a turbo myself .
So are you going to do a mini me swap or just find a d16z6 swap , and are you going to change the tranny to a si/ex
And going with a eg shell will be eaiser to do a vtec swap , if you get a 92 they are all ready pre wired for vtec no matter what trim level the car is. But even if you get another year it,s 2 wires and swap the p06 ecu for a p28
needing a new project got rid of bagged S10 going back to Honda's

nah this is the car that will get turbo i plan to completely gut it and make it as light as possible . then put in a Vitara built Z6 block with a Y8 head. and a y8 mani i plan to find a better DX trans since i want the longer gearing so im not bounceing off rev limiter like crazy XD but i want one that has good synchros (mine are shot )
then i plan to pick up a EJ1 coupe with a bad engine and put my current engine (d15b2) in to it so i can have a daily and since my engine is mint i dont want it just to sit in a corner somewhere XD
just need to use the current wires to my dpfi injectors and run 2 new wires to the computer when i install it.
then i made a block off plate for my fitv since its broken and not needed with the mpfi swap
plate XD
i put some RTV behind it and on the plate to keep it from leaking vac
installed
Trimed plate(soda can XD) no need to look perfect since its on the back of the manifold. i may get new custom plate made later on so i dont have to have the valve there at all or just get a better intake mani
just go with the si or ex tranny for the longer gearing, so much better than the typical dx tranny , I could never go back , to short geared.
the intake is lookin good

wouldn't the si trans be shorter since they accelerate faster?
dropped the civic off at my grandmas place tonight and picked up a rental
when i was there i decided to rinse all the mud off the civic heres some pics
before i left i gave the civic a good drive up and down the street and damn she pulls good now after i cleaned out the DPFI crap . even got it to burn out ^_^. my throw out bearing is completely fucked now though lol might change the clutch out later this week =D
