You're not JDM until you have a car built in ohio with tons of bolt ons from ebay.

Id say take the money and put it on the CB. You will get tried of the preulde and when you want to sell it will be hard. on top the price is high

I had a 92 and 93 SI 4ws. Fun cars. Price is definitely too high tho. Friend or no friend.

the 4ws can have common issues at times. My suggestion is to read up on it. If you decide to purchase, www.preludepower.com is a good site.

Watch your speed and this car. ESPECIALLY w/the 4ws. Can be dangerous.

        Good luck on your decision.

I just checked out your MR thread...clean ride

I'd keep your car and put that 3000 into the following:

-S2000 or RSX black leather seats
            -ITR Steering Wheel
            -New Suspension: Springs/Dampers/Sway Bars/Bushings
            -Break Swap

Your CB will be much better than the Prelude after the above. IMO.

preludes are usually overpriced in my opinion, but I agree with lokuputha and just use the 3grand and definitely spend it on the suspension/brakes. Rather than buy a prelude with new problems, might as well fix the old ones in this car, right?

Honda stopped offering 4WS in 1994.

I would stay away from 4WS due to the fact that it's the rarest model you can get in the 4th gen Prelude, so parts aren't going to be as readily available as if you need something for the rear suspension.

But for that price, I'd jump on it.

Preludes were thousands more than Accords when they were being sold new, so the price is obviously going to be higher still to this day. And the demand for the Prelude is still quite high, which also causes the price to be high.
