exactly, I have made that same statement or similar in many different scenarios and I have ate my words. I dont car how much you love your car, if you are a multi millionaire you will have better things to do with your time that work on your bimmer. If I had a project car and the place to work on it then sure, I'll be Jay Leno and only work on that project car but not on all my daily driverS!

x2...restoring classics and modifying cars is fun, but doing repairs for day-to-day problems blows.
and did you just say that a 730 bhp 5-series would be your daily driver? because if so you are my hero man
yeah, I liked the E46 design better than the new 3 series....but it's tough to say no to a v8 that weighs less than the E46s 6, not to mention a carbon fiber roof. ah, the things I would do to drive one of those.
If I had a million dollars I would get people to work on my car. Screw this back breaking work when I can be somewhere else making money. Thats the thing some people do not understand. Why rich people have no time to work on their rides is because they are busy somewhere else making paper. Personally if I did that swap in a bimmer like that I would hand it over to someone else. I hate fuckin around with electronics especially as much thats in the m5 ill go find a bmw tech for that. Also hands on doesnt mean you can work on any car. Every car has a different technique to be worked on. Just because you work on a honda doesnt mean you can touch a ferrari. Its a different world in those cars. Different procedures diff technology.
I would fuck 95 yr old grandma if she promise to buy me that shit....thats FIRE!!!
