He tried launching at 3 and he got out of the hole to slow. Would launching around 3800 be a little better.He shifts between 7500 and 8000.His main problem is wheel spin....I wont have the videos on until lat tonight so you can see whats going on.And he finishes the quarter mile around 85MPH.His flywheel is a 7.xx pound.

I thinks its his driving.5000rpm is way too high that's something you do in burnouts.Try sticking under 4000.Project EP hatch on the way

Recommending an RPM is not gonna make anyone drive better. Car dynamics are not all the same. He is just going to have to play with it until he gets it right. Other than that yea...

i am definately going to go with to high of a launch, i launched my accord at 2300 and ran a best of 16.1 at 86ish mph. i think at 3k he would still be spinning tires, especially with that strong clutch and light flywheel. im gonna go with
