I'm using a T25 turbo (out of the Sr20) with internal wastegate and a hf manifold =) It's ghetto, but its gonna get the job done for now until I can get a T3/t4 adapter plate for my new turbo mani so I can put a bigger turbo my cousin has laying around. Oh and the motor is the jdm sohc ZC with the A6 si head. Bad side it has a hf tranny which means long ass freaking gears!! But soon to pick up a si tranny and buying a exedy stage 3 clutch kit.

As for the process it will be awhile until I can scrounge up enough money to get it tune after whole kit is put on. I still have to cut and weld the 3 inch downpipe cause its a little longer then what I expect it to be. Finish the dump tube. Tap the oil lines in the oil pan and the block. Finish welding the BOV to the charge pipe and hooking up any necessary hoses. Only problem right now is i got to move the charge pipes back a tad little more. Cause I'm having bumper clearance issue....But this picture is only a test fit of the charge pipe and intercooler. I'm still debating to turbo or not. Considering this was a setup that came out of my cousin ek who just recently blew his Y8 motor due too overboosting poor car didn't make it to see 5th gear. It blew up in 3rd.

Hmm I have heard the DOHC ZC take boost pretty well People run up to a good 8-9PSI with a good tune. Friend had one in his Rex before he sold it pulled really well.
