There was a Buick in Tokyo Drift? I remember this one.... http://www.topspeed.com/cars/chevrol...t-ar10644.html The Chevy Monte Carlo.. I must have slept through the scenes with a Buick. Vin Diesel was not in Tokyo Drift.. FYI. Later

Yea He was at the very end of the movie, which in my opinion was one of best scenes.

nope..I just skipped to that scene...and its Plymouth!

I believe from the way the front clip looks.....its gotta be a roadrunner...Id say 1968-1969 roadrunner..( not sure of the year, just a wild guess ) but umm..yeah..thats a plymouth!

I know that front end from anywhere! my dad had one!...I just can't get the year right!

but yeah, I just watched that scene AGAIN..and yeah, Im 100% positive...I can't mistake that front end...thats a Roadrunner..just dont know what year!

But dont think it was an MC from chevy..although it DOES look like it. I might be wrong. But haha Vin Diesel WAS in Tokyo Drift he was in that car that said Buick at the very last scene, HERE:

pause it again!....look closely.....that last letter is a R..not a K.. what they did was they modded it..to say ( HAMMER )...."nicknamed"

how do you get BUICK out of HAMMER ??

and trust me...thats a '70 Plymouth Roadrunner...if you pay attention to the cars of the past......or are a car nut like myself...you will know thats a roadrunner just from looking at it!

I know that front end when I see it! but my guess is as good as anyone's why they would mess with the wording of the car on the movie....guess its just for the movies!

but im 100% and then some positive thats a roadrunner!

as a matter of fact...I will come back to this post and update it with a pic of a roadrunner ....and then what you do DJ is go back ...look at the front and rear...and compare and contrast...then make your OWN decision!

Im not saying im always right..but this is coming from someone who's father used to own one! Oh how I miss hearing that thing when he started it!

383 Hemi ...440 CID swapped ! then he fuckin' sold it for a damn Cadillac Seville SLS ...

OK..UPDATE: Now..pause the video clip where it shows the front of that car Vin is in....

and look at the front of this ...

                              COMPARE....now ..you tell me...BUICK or ROADRUNNER>?????

look at both the cars grills...lights..and bumper w/fogs

                              convinced yet???

EDIT: I didn't see your LAST words...my bad for OVER doing this post!

but yes, its a 70 Plymouth Roadrunner! those rides are POWERFUL! ..heavy but powerful!
