    LanEVO V

hell the day i see a LanEVO V (...hell any of the LanEVO III-VI, sorry but the EVO VII is ugly and the EVO VIII is everywhere)... cruising the streets is the day i will probably die of a wreck or heart siezure. would love to hear the misfire system of the EVO VI Tommy Makinen.

and yeah with the exception of a few S13 swaps and some guy in NY with a 22B STi swap with alot of body modification and recent Formula Drift event here in Atlanta (got to see a R33 skyline, RHD S13, RHD S14 and Tarzan on his birthday drifting the Benihana Dodge Viper), the East coast doesn't have much in the way of J-spec RHD imported str8 from Japan.

that is the R33 i saw at Formula Drift.

that first one. if it is an AE86 it is a Toyota Levin. basically it is the twin brother of the Trueno. the Levin just has straight headlights rather than pop ups.

        forgot about Mahdavi's Civic.

if i can download the video clips from Formula Drift i will post some here. mainly the battle between Alex Phieffer's AE86 and a Dodge Viper. honestly the AE86 should have been named the winner simply for giving the Viper a run for the money and pushing hard against it. the crowd felt the same way too.

i also remebering seeing a black RHD ITR at HIN last year from Charlotte.

uncle_el: I think that's a Toyota Soarer. It's kinda like the late 80's/early 90's Lexus ES300. There's a RHD Soarer in my area (Pasadena/Altadena), that's being driven around by some old guy. He lives like 2 blocks away from where my fiancee's family lives.

This is not that old guy's Soarer... Just one found on the net

          I-6, turbo charged goodness....

Here's a converted USDM to JDM RHD Civic Hatch (EK9).

always wanted that Toyota Soarer, it looks just like a CB7 except the Soarer is RWD and turbocharged (if they got this option) at the factory and is still a fairly popular drifting car in Japan. still want to buy a 98-99 Impreza 2.5Rs coupe and alter it into a twin turbo 22B STI with a VCS controller (VariableCenterSystem ..... you can make a 4WD into a RWD or FWD by simply turning a knob). hell i might even sell my CB7 to accomplish this.................just kidding.....i think
