UPDATED 5/11/07
My brother bought this 1990 Integra LS for 500 bucks. It had some front end damage, the previous owner drove off the road into a ditch. It screwed up the hood, driver fender, rocker panels, and core support. The factory B18a1 has a lil over 300k on it, but thats ok, its coming out.
Whats already been done:
Engine pulled
All interior stripped including dash for cleaning and repainting- will be put back in
heater core/ac condensor/blower fan removed - will not be put back in
Full wire tuck all harnesses ran- almost no extension needed!
fuse box relocated inside firewall
map sensor and a few others relocated inside firewall
All ac and power steering components removed
there is damn near nothing in engine bay
Core support replaced
New 1992 OEM fenders, and hood installed
1992 bumper skin to be installed (purchased with hood and fenders)
JDM one peice headlamps (in storage)
M3 style mirrors w/amber signal
new struts/shocks
groundcontrol coilover kit
new taillights - old ones painted by previous owner looked like shit
will updated as progress continues
as of 5-1-07
Engine bay painted - metalic silver, vavle cover of b16 painted to match
All new stock brake calipers installed, brembo drilled and slotted brake rotors
New re-routed brake lines, to clean up engine bay
complete wire tuck finished
Motor swaped in and running
mods thus far include:
AEM fuel rail, AEM fuel pressure regulator, walbro 255lph fuel pump
To be done:
Bodywork!!
new winshield
paint interior to match outer body
body - 2tone paint black/silver
unknown black wheels 17 in front 19 in rear
new axles, prolly stage 2 race
fully built jdm b16a vtec
boosted!
window tint - undecided about darkness
black or red racing seats - non-reclinable (anyone got any?)
heres some pics:
new core support before welding
inside - nothing, a steering wheel, and some junk
Wire tuck and fuse box inside on firewall
lots more work to do, not in any kind of hurry, we will only have time to work on it on days off work.
