anyone know how to take off the interior door panel for a 91 ford ranger?

its either screwed on there, or its got clips on it, which is the way that most domestics are placed together...the way it was on my chevy anyways...try to look for screws under things that look as if they might pop out or off, and if you cant find anything...gently, gently pull the bottom of the door out, of it pops off, then keep going, then you will have to lift the door panel up to get it off...
chances are there are some screws around the handle region...there has to be something for the handle to really get ahold of...the plastic wont work...its gotta screw thru to something...hope this helps..

i havent done one is awhile but if you can get a pic for me i could probably get it. however i believe there is a screw in the handle you use to pull the door closed and there should be one on the door handle as well that allows you to pull that piece out of the way. there may be 1 or 2 at the bottom of the door panel, and i think that one acctually pulls straight up after removing all screws rather than having pop clips.
