Dude, I can't wait to see the results!!!! Preps should usually be done like right before painting...like 2 days max, and a reprep will have to be in order.

It was, but to really make things worse, the Head design was poor. The EGR valve injected hot air into the sixth cyl. as well. It was ALWAYS the 6th cylinder to pop. A common fix for these things were Metal headgaskets and EGR deletes.
