adjusting timing on a toyota

hey guys... i finally got my winter beater on the road (89 toyota pickup with a 22-r NOT the 22-re) but i need some help

i need the specs on the timing for it please... it says check the catalyst under the hood, but the hood has been replaced because the front end was in an accident, maybe one of you can help me out?

i do have a haynes manual for it, it says check the catalyst under the hood, the front end was in an accident so the OEM hood in missing in action

well your fawked, if its any help my supra(7M-GE) is 10 degrees passed top dead center.
