Forbes (of all people) has published a list of the ten fastest American production cars, though the research could have been more thorough, IMO.

Where? I counted three cars listing Chevy engines, two with Dodge, one with Ford, and the rest probably make their own.

Because most of Saleen's cars are Ford models that they customize themselves, I know. But the only Saleen model in the list is the S7, which is not based on a Ford car, and according to the post that DUNKiNUTS put up just recently about the S7, the car is completely Saleen designed. Since Saleen isn't part of Ford, neither the car itself nor its engine can be considered Ford tech.
Plus, even if you do, that only makes 2 Fords on the list. Dodge also had 2, and GM had three.
