the motor by itself will not produce enough power to spool the turbo. to get a complete spool he has to sray the juice. he's setting it up so it automaticly sparys nitrous at a certain RPM to get a full spool. i donno how the hell he's doing it, something to do with a laptop inside the car. he can turn it off and on i guess
