    I've seen Lingenfelter modified vettes that claimed mid 20s... It IS possible to tune a car properly to be efficient AND powerful. Most turbo cars just run very rich for safety's sake... plus, when you floor it, you KILL the gas mileage Drive that thing like a granny (yeah right...) and you'll probably get numbers similar to a modified H22 Accord. Drive that thing like a granny, and you just wasted your money as well...

      yeah I remember when I used to drive my neighbor's vette around... The average mpg would be about 23 for city. As soon as I took it up the road and down the highway and back, it would drop from 23 to 9 I would always have to reset the counter, add gas and drive around the block slow. lmao It really amazes me when I'm on the gas... I could literally watch the gas needle move.
