yeah, but for the price you can get a Z or a G...or a TL....plus I've heard the torque steer in the SE-R is horrible...

Well I actually went to a dealership because my friends dad needed a car so we kinda were scoping out the cool ones... So on the topic of performance, I can't really say if that's true or not... but it does look clean for a stock car.

Don't sleep on those VQ cars...no lie, this past weekend my homeboys took turns dogging an old NSX in their Altima and Maxima 3.5's. I/H/E on those cars= low 14's, and that's all top end cause they're friggin heavy as hell. Don't sleep.

And yeah that just looked like a case of a bad launch. I wouldn't doubt that it's a driver's race though...the Z did not even catch up.

Second why would I be jealous? 350z isnt really that appealing to me,

Im too tall for the car , and plus having your parents pay for it doesnt me gain much interest from me either.

Unlike some other people..I actually work hard to buy my own shit..(with the exception of hand me downs such as my old cb7 and my truck but thats different..).

those car are badass, but the TQ steer is a major problem. I would diff. take a SE-R over a Z. But that is me. I like the Z and they are fast. But if i wanted a two door sports car i would get a Miata. 15 flat stock. and i know Jackson Racing is going to come out with a supercharger so mid to low 14s and i will still have money left over vs. the Z. But if i had 35K to spend on a car i would get a used police car and put a mustang motor in it with a nitrous build up.

Who cares about TQ steer? At high speeds it disappears...unless you're pounding 400lb-ft through the front wheels. On the highways those cars are solid as rocks w/light mods...

i plan on getting a Z..i think its a practical car... yeah the driver in the other car was some spoiled kid who didnt know how to drive..that bitch doesnt deserve that Z ..but the altima SE-r is a nice ride....plus it sports the Se-r badge dont forget... i was thinking of an acura nsx..but for the price..a 350z would be the way to go..i wanted an altima se-r but its front wheel drive tho... i=
