    Fitting '99-2000 Civic Bumper on a '96

I tried searching before i posted but it yeild no information.
Being that this is not a Civic Forum
Right now my neighbor has a 1997 Civic Hatchback DX.
It has no front bumper, so we got the idea of getting a bumper
from a 2000 Civic Hatch. We also got the tail lights
from a 99-2000 (Red/Clear) and they dropped right in.

What im seeing when we tried to test fit the bumper, is that its not fitting right.
I thought it was a straight drop in.
What do we have to do? Cut? add?....in order to get this to drop straight.

    Let me know.
    Any help would be appriciated.

96-98 have the same front end.
99-00 have a different front-end. you'll need the whole front end and it will all bolt right up BTW: I got the headlights and grill brand new, not stock let me know!
