Those and the Merkur XR4Ti ( @ only in the '80s) were the shizzle. Unfortunately Mitsu's terrible design mistakes brought on those cars' demises...I've seen like 3 in the last 5 years.

my uncle has an 86 esi-r? i believe was the trim... it is turbo'd and still running. i hope to inherit it one day as a project car.

very rare 2 c those cars around, especially in that condition. ive only seen one and it was messed up

i see them fairly often around here there not really that rare. by best friend had one for a parts car

eeehhmmm.. depeneds were ur at i guess. i noe were i live at theres atleast 5 or 6 that i see on a every day basis... then again i haden't seen one till i moved down here. so i guess for some people they are rare but not for me..
