If you can FIND an AE86 I would be surprised. My thoughts are go with the S14. Mitsu's are crap. Poor reliability, mediocre power, riddled with problems... It'd be too much work just to keep it running. Besides, you run the risk of frying the piston rings and damaging your intake manifold, resulting in a catastrophic amount of pressure to your floor board nuts.
I've always harbored a secret love for the S14. Even the S13 has always made me go . And with the growing popularity of drifting, the aftermarket is exploding with parts for the beasts. If you look hard enough, I'm sure you might even be able to locate an S15. the S15 is teh win!!1!!!!!1eleven!1

Also known as the Corrola here in the states. it came in a flip up head light version known as the trueno, seen here, and a stationary head light version known as the levin. AE86 is the chassis code, just like CB7 is our chassis code. Can't quite remember what year they came in this style though. I do know that this style was the last time toyota made the corrola RWD.Last edited by Masamune; 08-10-2005, 08:52 PM.Fix your Computer!

well i know for all you import guys its hard to think but, get a turbo mustang (late 80s) there is a shit load of parts out for them and you can get them dirt cheap. Or even a 5.0 mustang. I would get a truck (i.e. 4.0 Ranger or v8 Dakota) Both run 15s with mild mods. and the v8 Dakota will eat vipers with the right modding. i have seen them hit 12s daily driven. But a 4.0 Ranger (auto mind you) with intake, chip, headers, cat-back will run deep in the 15s. Just food for thought.
FUNCTION!!! Hual ass

But I support what you're saying. Of course I wouldnt' choose a Mustang and get a 4th gen F-body instead, but yeah, there's some good domestics out there.
