me and my friend skylar have been working on his truck lately because he wants to sell it. started with a bondo job... HELLA bondo... as the truck spent a good part of its 30 year life in alaska... had some rust spots. that came out nice, got it sanded and primered. then he took it to earl schieb 
for a painjob, frost white. Came out okay, with some bad taping off and things life that, but from a distance its great. Then we spent the majority of a day painting the rusty trim with gloss black and putting the original black stripes on the aluminim all around the truck. THEN we gave the rims a new coat of white since they were rusting out (more like 4 coats) and those came out really nice. Then we polished and painted the hubcaps black and white and metal. Took the grill off, sprayed it black and did the chevy sign white and the 454 badge white too. And now hes going to get the bed rhinolined... So its a black + white truck, looks hella sweet for homedone shit. Today we went to the local auto store and picked up a new air filter setup, so now its a polished top and air can get in 360 degrees instead of through a small tube. Tomorrow he is going to paint the valve covers with a new coat of orange, then we going racing, because that motherfucker is FAST. That 454 with the new filter and plugs and wires and little shit is puttin down some power and that truck really hauls balls. Its exciting seeing a peice of SHIT come back to life and be nice like this. Today we just had some fun after doing performance mods and went out to do brakestands and shit. That thing can roooooooast, its awesome. Anywho thats my little blurb since im so bored... I'll probly get pics up sometime this week if anyone is interested.
