So I'm thinking about going 5 lug. I already found out I could use a prelude rear hub and a crv drum for my rear. But I'm curious if I could take a 5 lug accord front hub and press on a 94/97 accord bearing so it fits the knuckle

A good resource in instances like this is RockAuto.com. They usually have inner bearing diameters and hub dimensions as well.
In this instance it won't work because the two knuckles use a different bearing/hub design. I don't simply mean HOR vs. ROH but the fact that the eearlier bearings bolted in and the newer stuff is pressed in. The design itself is not what prevents it from being compatible but the different dimensions associated with those designs. The main ways to do a 5-lug conversion have more or less been documented. My Members' Ride Thread - It's a marathon build, not a sprint. But keep me honest on the update frequency!

So pretty much I can't grab a hub from a 6th gen acçord and press it into an 4th or 5th gen accord bearing?

See above post above or check out RockAuto.com for dimensions. You're too old for a "here comes the airplane" response. My Members' Ride Thread - It's a marathon build, not a sprint. But keep me honest on the update frequency!
