I know i'd need other parts like the shifter and everything but would it be better to get this setup and then buy the rest or should I look into just the motor and then getting with Hybrid or someone else and buying one of their packages?

what car is this for? to swap into the del sol?

why would you pay $6,000 for a 220hp engine, when you can get a JDM H22 for 750 bucks, slap a decent header and exhaust on there, and you have 220hp

EDIT: I didn't realize it was a complete swap package. Still, you could swap an H22 for well under $3000.

Or with a $3000 turbo kit you could make more than 220hp. I think 6grand for 220 hp is a very bad dollar per hp ratio

I'm not sure if you realize the amount of work needed for any K series to swap into our cars.

You need custom mounts for the engine, only 1-2 compaines make them for our cars I believe. I may be wrong may be only one. The wiring will be hell.

This swap is made for the 94-01 Integra, not the CB.
The K series is around a 10K swap if you get a shop to do it, and you do it right.

I agree with rexload, there are much better bang for buck options out there.

Sorry for the lack of info guys. I'm only doing research right now. I know there's alot involved with the k swap though. The car it would be going into would be a 97 dx hatch. I no longer have a cb7 and my del sol is more than likely going to be put on hold for now or sold. As soon as I traded my cb for the sol my girl got pregnant lol. So now I have a 2 seater and 3 people. It'll be 4 when my other daughter is here. But yeah it would be a 1997 Civic hatch DX. It has an automatic transmission in it too so i'll be looking to swap that out for a manual. I was originally looking at the B20 but who knows. This will also be my dd so reliability is definitely an issue.
