'09 Civic EX with unusual tire wire on front right tire only

Hi guys, i was just outside rotating my tires yesterday when i noticed that just my front right tire had unusual wear on the inside. Now this is the same tire i had patched over the the spring when i had run over a screw and it had become flat.

Well i was looking on the internet for the meaning of the wear and it said it could be negative camber due to damaged suspension components but i treat my car like i would my legs and I have never hit anything except the occasional pothole and even then i dodge most of them. Just in case they don't find any damaged components, an alignment ought to fix this right?

Now i bought my '09 Civic EX Certified Used from a Honda dealer in Cincinnati

    http://automobiles.honda.com/certifi.../warranty.aspx

that website says that the certified used warranty covers suspension and extends the warranty past 36k miles; i just rolled 100 miles over 37K they ought to replace any suspension under there under warranty right? Do i have to go to the same dealer i bought it from or could i go to any Honda dealer? reason is, the one i bought it from is really freaking far on the outskirts of eastern Cincy while the one i buy parts and fluids from is about 30 minutes away.

    Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Inside wear is negative camber, outside wear is positive camber. If you haven't hit anything lately I would take it to the dealer you got it from and have it checked out.. might just need an alignment.
