    Boise Import Summer Jam

Just thought I would post a video of the Boise Import Summer Jam drag race finals.

Between a daily driven evo 8, and an outlaw sfwd integra.

For those who cannot read the times and speed they are

    Evo : 9.91 @ 149.87

    Integra 9.74 @ 153.54 (I think)

The builder, owner and driver of the evo has won 8 times, but most of those were in a talon that ran an 8.66 quarter

Unfortunately I am in Montana right now, so I missed it, but thought I would share anyway.

That was a good run for the evo since it is a daily driven car.

            evo

The evo is pretty sweet, especially for a true dd. He honestly drives to the grocery store. The car had been a 10.5 second car for a few years, partially because they could never get the car dialed in at the track.

The car had no belly pan or full cage, so it got booted the second it ran an 11.99 or faster. This meant the car made one pass a year. The owner redid the turbo setup and this year finally decided to add the safety equipment. He can obviously make more than one run a season now.

The integra is actually front Utah. I don't know much about it but know the name of the owner.
