Careful...

The NA2 began in 1997 and symbolized the shift to the 3.2L V6 and 6MT, as well as other myriad changes.

The NSX with fixed headlights was merely a facelifted NA2, so technically, the NA2 ran from 1997 to the end of production in 2005.
