gloryaccordy, you completely missed my point or didn't read what I said. I said "fun" side of the industry... sports cars, such as are pictured above. They're selling (these cars are hugely expensive to make and they're not expected to sell in very large volumes to begin with yet the companies go on), it's just that these rich idiots need to realize that they're not likely to live to see 90, so it's a huge waste of money buying these exotics and letting them collect dust indoors when most of them are hardly Concours worthy. Especially ones as low-end, mass-produced, and relatively unimpressive as the R8 and Z8. But I'm not going to argue, if you'd rather see these beautiful things get neglected for the sake of merely owning one and literally collect dust than enjoy the sensation of seeing and hearing one pass by you in the street, opinion are opinions. I happen to love cars.
