My 87' Chevy runs great? My dad's 88' runs great. His 2008 runs great. My Grandpa's 92' runs great. None of them have ever had any major issues, ever (fairly obvious for the 08' though).

He mentioned tranny issues and i havent heard of too many GM trucks, in the last 20 years, having tranny issues.
