Photoshop? Can somone do a quick one for me?

I am planning on painting my rims red, not sure if I should or not. So can someone paint the rims red, leaving the polished lip as it is if you can please.
Also not sure if you can tell, but there are only 5 spokes. The black part between the 2 polished parts is a part of the rim. I want the polished part and black part all red.
