    2010 Honda INSIGHT hybrid

    It is official now, the new 2010 Honda Insight will be released late next month.
    The original release date was set for sometime in April, but Honda said that it has generated so much buzz that the release date has been pushed up.

      Look at this, http://www.mugen-power.com/street/insight/ It looks better than it did and then Mugen got a hold of it and made it look awesome.

                      ^^ Its due to the aerodynamic efficiency.
                      And really its the same shape as the original insight just a bit bigger overall.

                      Also I heard the new Insight is Electric motor with petrol assist finally

                      I think they want to bring it in as early as possible due to the economic situation.
                      E.g In NZ we are currently buying cars from Japan for $10 and selling them for $9 So the company is making a loss in sales.
                      On top of that, they are having to borrow money to pay wages.

                        I like it. The only issue that I don't like is the gas mileage decreased compared to the first gen. Insight.

                            Yes, but this is a less singularly built machine. Also, keep in mind that MPG ratings have changed since the original Insight, and based on tests I have seen so far, it is doing significantly better than advertised.
