My friend bought a 98 civic. Would the header off the si fit on the civic? I'm pretty sure they won't but I just wanted to make sure.

No...All D16/D15 are the SOHC motors...Ignore the B16 as his is a 98 and nothing off of that will transfer over. Might be some stuff but def not header for sure. D16s are better with a turbo...Not so great NA unless your car is light as hell.
