being a sealed beam you cant put hid's in. Look into a T-3 headlight kit

Yeah you will need to get some kind of halogen housing then go from there.

Hopefully you can find a projector housing. Halogen reflector + HID = FAIL

I'll see if my brother can get some more of the projectors from his job. They'be be cheap so you could experiment.

CSK (Checker) sells a kit to convert to the old 6054 bulbs, to 9006's. It's basically just a housing from a 6054, and you supply whatever type of 9006 bulb you like.

The only downfall to the kit is that those old style bulbs were HIGH and LOW beam bulbs. If you buy 9006 headlights, you won't be able to have both in one combo.

                      Its actually a 6024 bulb, not a 6054.

If you type "6024 9006 conversion" in on google, you will find all kinds of kits.

i dont recomend it but after u get the universal housings its already superior to stock....

but then u can put a h4 hid bulb in it afterwards.
What makes me laugh about forums, is that no matter how much you try to help someone, they dont take the advice. Go ahead and do it the hard way.

You got to respect what you drive, and appreciate what you have, making the best of what you got. and if that means putting CAI, HID's, a phat stereo system, and a idiot in the drivers seat...then so be it!

                        Retro!

do a HID retrofit, it will look good and you will get superior lighting.
