If it says "Server is too busy" that's normal....I get that once in awhile. If not, than I have no idea.

Weird, I had a virus and I had previously quarantined it, then it just wouldn't allow me to visit hotmail.com but it allowed me to visit other websites. Then as soon as I repaired the file I could visit hotmail.com again. =p
