What color should I paint....

My new coupe??? We need to get it repainted because the clear coat is chipped off, and its sun damaged. So Throw out some idea's. I have a couple people tell me to paint it the color of ghosts old coupe. But I want to be different. But I did LOVE his car.....

No black nor White Nor Arcadia Green

I always wanted to paint my car a REALLY dark color... red, blue, or green. Blue would be similar to the stock Cobalt Blue... but nobody really does really dark red or green...


I'd love to see a red car with a black glaze over it... if that makes sense. I'm sure it could be done, but I don't know enough about paint to know how.



Also, as odd as it seems... the new brown that Buick is using on many of their cars is pretty damn kickass!

Forest Green. You dont want White, but Championship White would look nice. Or Super Sonic Blue.

Or maybe a nice silver metallic blue.

bright yellow, burnt sienna, macaroni & cheese, and "metallic orange mustard" FTL

:EDIT: try getting a nice dark grey. Remember how everyone thought your brown accord was grey?

Try that. I know it might be a little cliched but if you do it right and its a dark grey with a nice medium flake, it would look good.

I thought about doing a pastel color I said pastel pink or pastel blue

but I am not sure the route I want to go just yet. I have time, and money to think about it I just want to 100% sure its the color I want before I do it

Yeah, paint is expensive... definitely something you want to do right the first time!

Are you going to go all out and paint everything, or just the outside? I decided to stick with the same color because I didn't want to clash with my doorjambs, engine bay, and trunk.
