Ummmm.... the library here in Chattanooga gets books in about a week after they are released. My grandmother sometimes "rents" books at the library before they are even released in the book stores (She's been a member for 35 years or so).

I don't know about Annapolis, but the Cleveland Public Library is extremely extensive. If there isn't a book that you need, the WILL order it.

The same goes for Cleveland Heights Public Libraries.

Or you could just buy a hardback copy of the book. Read it within 30 days. Return it. Get a new one!!
