if they run over your cat or something can't you sue them and stuff?

although she probally doesn't want to sue, she just wants to know..

and yeah our neighbor accross the street and 1 hour down ran over
our cat earlier..(and killed it duh)

you could sue for recklessness or negligence but any judge would just laugh at you since if you cared so much about your little kitty you should have kept it inside.
