Car Is Running...and for sale
Ok, car was not messed up that bad. I figured out before towing it up to the race shop that I had my EGR open, and purge hooked to consistent vacum. I rerouted the vacum lines to the emissions box, rewired the map sensor. They said they found that the timing belt was 180 degrees off, but I know that's a croc of shit because I checked it three times before bringing it there. In other words, I told them everything that needed to get fixed, fixed it myself while it was in their shop, and then got charged $500 labor. Talk about FUCKING BULLSHIT.
So, yea. I'm getting out of cars all together I think. My car is for sale. If someone is interested, it drives, so I can deliver it anywhere between Nebraska and Rhode Island. Get in contact with me quick, because it will be making the trip August 20th or so. It will come with everything in my member's thread, as well as a trunk full....I mean FULL...of extra parts.
Bare in mind, VTEC low mileage head, low mileage H23 tranny, and fully rebuilt and sligtly bored block. Everything is running real good. E-mail me if interested. I'm only looking to get maybe 3K for everything. However, as is. It's a project car. Pictures provided if anyone is interested. Oh yea, paint is premium job with a spared-no-expense imported Italian clearcoat. No joke stuff.
