My poor car

I was driving last night Oct 2, 2003 when I got cut off, this guy was stoped in the other lane he pulled infront of me and I slid into the center divide which is full of large river rocks. Now they have to find the guy cause it got put down as a hit and run I want my money. The oil pan is crunched and the crank is stuck and some suspension problems. I drive a 93 lx coupe in very upkept condition

yeah bro screw him over pay for your engine and then send him the bill after you take him to court. He just brought you a new well a newer motor .

Give it to him raw when it comes to the lawsuit without the KY-gelly nonstop and claim the engine was totalled and that the dealer said he you need another engine make him pay for the engine and for the swap.

Lol, crazy but I love it. I would love to have a h22a and garrett turbo do all the fabrication to the turbo myself bore out the throttle body and such, it would be fun. Well anyway I hope it pans out and I hope I can get enough money out of this, too bad I quit my full coverage not too terribly long ago oh well

sparky, as i understood it, they don't have him in custody yet. right now, seems like he's just got insurance and it's not even full cov.

unfortunately w/ hit-n-run's, they'll at minimum, make you pay for the deductible.

my uncle got hit like that..he had a OLD OLD hatch with a SI motor...

the guy hit him and slammed him into the rail....he can still drive and drove away...what the other dude didnt know was that my uncle had an SI motor and chased him....

my uncle cut him off and forced him to pull to the side....

if he wasnt afraid to run why was he afraid to stop. I bet he had no insurance right or was probably scared your uncle was gonna yoinks him out the window and drag him to the car and show him like look at what you did to my car.


I would be so angry like that I would be on some shit. BUt you cant always be like that cause when the cops come hell say you tried to kill him and your in the wrong cause your cars hooked up.

same thing kinda happened to me except i was the only one involved....i was driving along at night goin like 55 in a 35 around windy roads and there was a big fuckin rock in the middle of the road and it fucked up my underbody...needed a new oil pan, oil pump, gasket, and lots of shit...that fuckin blew ass
