take VICKS SINEX, that shit works instantly and works for 10-12 hrs. you just snort it, its nasal spray. Kinda burns at first but that's how you know its working

Vicks Vaporub will clear that stuff out right off too, although you have to smear it on your chest or just under your nose.

i used to have this badass sinus problem back then.

moderm meds didnt do much good. just burned holes in my wallet.

went to a traditional medicine centre and they drain the excess using some wicked tools which didnt hurt. and some cool herbs.

they just let the goo drip out from the nose.

all clear now!

and stay away from certain foodstuff (dairy). carpets. airconditioning. cigarattes.

Dude, this nasal rinse works wonders. Ignore the fact that it says pediatric because I've used this with much success. We got it from my son's allergist last winter for his dry sinuses and bloody noses and have been very satisfied. It calls for distilled water. You tilt your head over the sink and squeeze the saline solution into one nostril while breathing normally and it drains right out the other nostril. So simple that my 8 yr old can do it. Great stuff I tellya.

Lol....I totally have really bad sinus problems(have a headache as I'm typing this). This works, the first time I actually tried Wasabi it cleared my sinuses...it tastes gross, because I'm not a fan of really spicy foods, but it worked.
