im at the campus library, which is always quiet cus people study and everytime a person walks in and sits down, it is like a must for them to slam their book on the table.

Maybe the books are a tad heavy or maybe it wasnt a good read . I also hat eit when yoru at a library and some people are just so rude in general that they pretend that noone else is there and just start acting roudy. Mainly young juvinile delinquints aka wannabe hood people.
