If the mileage was insanely low, perhaps... but aside from the new brakes and new paint, it's not exactly a rare find. $3000 maybe.

LOL true. I never though about that. I just thought it was ridiculous how this guy is asking for $5000. A lot of people in my area want too much for their cars that aren't worth it.
