hey guys, im not really that knowledgeable with what programs or antiviruses i can use for my laptop. what programs can i use to scan viruses, and an actual antivirus? thanks in advance.

avg and run spybot and adaware once a week updated you will be good. I could almost guarantee you wont have any problems but the I dont know what kinda shit your doing lol

I use Fprot and love it, but it is anti virus only.

I use a combination of stuff for anti spyware.

A lot of IT pros I know like Etrust as well.

Search 'AVG free' on google and download that. I have it on both of my computers, and so does my future ex wife. Neither of us have problems. If you want to spend money, find a program called Kaspersky anti virus.
