Gantobarn is the name of the band... and the origins of the name are foggy at best. The band has been around for about 10 years, and Eric (vocals/guitar) is the only consistent member. It's basically Eric and his backup band, though his friend Chris has played bass for the majority of the time.

The sound is very grungy, but a little more upbeat and modern than "grunge". I keep comparing it to the Foo Fighters.

Eric is a damn good songwriter, and the songs featured aren't even the best, IMO. I was just checking out their myspace, and I had to share.

i like it even tho its not my thing. bro can write some catchy songs. better den the foo fiters cuz its not overplayed
