    being I do both cars...yes...it does get expensive...but I do this..to KEEP both CBs in good running order!
    you dont need to use two cans...just one. And it's not recommended at every oil change, more like every 3 or 4, using it too much breaks down seals.

    and you certaintly dont need to buy cheap oil after you run it.

    It's the consensus on honda-tech that you just put 1/3 in gas, 1/3 in brake booster, 1/3 in crank case.

    Let it sit for 5minutes, and beat the shit out of the car, to get it to smoke, and do an oil change.

      I have heard from a honda mechanic locally that has years of experience said, that a little bit of carbon on seals ensures a tight seal on cars with over 170k.

      Like ikayto said, putting seafoam in the oil everytime you do an oil change is detrimental to the seals.
