You'll be fine, unless you beat the hell out of your car. I'm at 354 *** kms ( http://honda-chronicles.com/ ) and all I do is scheduled oil changes. I did have to replace the rad, but that's because I (and previous owner) never really took care of it (flush and new liquids and that stuff).
I'm selling my sedan now with 251,000 miles on it. Still drives like a top.
Oil and filter at scheduled intervals and don't redline it at every light and the F22 will never die. The body and suspension will long before it does.
I've heard of plenty of people with 300,000+ miles on original engine and tranny.
my old white car lasted me to 322,000 miles and that car was set on fire!
just make sure the t belt is good if in doubt just go ahead and replace it along witht the water pump.
but other than that if you kept up with all maientence all you have to worry about is the body rusting away.
honda maitence schedule if followed correctly that car is GAURENTEED to last forever. the thing is ppl someday stop maintaing the car and eventually it get so bad they have to junk it.
get tbelt and all the belts replaced and just keep the body from rusting you will have that car for a long time.
oh btw might on a precautionary do a altenator check and freon check. but up to you...
417,543k miles before it blew and that was the original motor and clutch and the last probably 5 to 6k were boosted just because iwanted to see what it would take at that many miles and if i didnt boost it would probably still be all good.just as people have said keep up with routine maintanence and youll be fine

My girl's old Tan LX had almost 350K in it...before it died.
the 92 LX coupe she has now..has 257,910 on it...and runs better than mine ( 198,993 )
its all in the maintainence!
oh yeah..and dont forget to seafoam it every oil change!
when you change your oil....seafoam it! ( $5.10 a can )
clean out the carbon in the intake...and if you put a can in your gastank..when you fill up after you change the oil...it will clean and de-water your fuel...fuel lines...fuel filter...fuel injectors..and fuel return lines!
so you get a double clean of your system!
I seafoam both of the CBs every oil change!
hers: 257K
Mine: 199K
BOTH CBs are almost due for an oil change...and guess what...Imma seafoam both of them. Meaning, I will have to buy 4 cans of Seafoam ...
1 can for the gas tank..and 1/3rd or 1/2 for the intake vacuum line ( brake booster line )
92 LX. A6 with GUDE bullfrog Cam. M2S4 transmission..Gutted H23 intake mani. The rest you will just have to find out!
DO NOT SEAFOAM!!! NEVER add something to your oil other than oil...clean the throttle body...use some injector flush every 30k...but do NOT flush your engine or use seafoam.
If your t-belt has over 75k miles then change it...if you don't know...change it. You can go maybe 90k...prolly even over 90k...in fact I'm sure you can go over 90k...but why risk it?
Also change your seals (cam and crank seals) not a bad idea to change the oil pump seals too and the balance shaft seal...I'd have to look into what all seals you need...it's easy to buy the same seal twice due to how they are talked about.
