I'm starting my F22A6/H22A1 project as soon as my funds allow me to do so. But, I'm worried that my car won't even pass an emission test when I do my swap project. My question is to the residents living in the emission counties of GA. Did your car pass emission with an engine swap (H22, F20, H23 swaps)?

I dont live in GA but I live in AZ and the emissions here is pretty strict. But if your doing a stock swap I dont see why you would have any problems but if your doing a build just make sure you tune it right.I need a 14b or 16g turbo! -
if i can pass in california you can pass anywhere. i needed to put a new cat but that was it.

Even if you cant pass there are ways around it. It will cost more but there are ways.

remember...you're running a stock engine...well...could be...not sure what you will do right off at first with your build.
Make sure you've got a cat and all your stuff works and you'll have as much trouble passing as a prelude
You don't HAVE to tell them the engine isn't for the accord...and there is no reason to.
When my supra was emission checked...with the v8...no problem passing...had cats and the engine was in good shape...so you should be just fine.__
