You need to consult an attorney.

Other than certified attorney's, it is illegal to give legal advice.

A person could suggest what they might do, but they can't tell you what you should do.

Sort of like the privledges of an MD. It is their training PLUS their certifications that make them legally able to treat patients.

Same with pilots, and most other specialized professions as well.

anyways all of a sudden firemen show up and put it out and we are like wtf?

OK, I didn't read everything but I just want to inject my opinion.

You don't need advice, you need a lawyer

No, a cop can't enter without a warrant unless they have probable cause.

The way it sounds, you're in the right, but this is your side of the story. There's your side of the story, their side, and then there's the truth and they're never the same.

The best I can add to what you already seem to understand (about the law), is a video called flex your rights, it's on youtube. I get the feeling you've already seen it though. But if you haven't check it out.

Get a lawyer, shut your mouth (for your own good) and you'll be fine, because it sounds like your in the right.

on the stairs, she grabs my arm, says whats up,
where you been, is something wrong?
i try to just smile, and say everything’s fine.

There is so much patently wrong legal advice in this thread that I'm not going to take the time to correct it all. That said, an officer needs probable cause to enter a home. If you're shifty, shady or otherwise furtive at the door you've given an officer enough for probable cause. Probable cause in this case could also be considered the fact that officers have been at your house 27 times.

Suffice it to say, I'd guess you don't really want to bring the investigatory powers of the police back to your home, given the way you've described your activities and lifestyle (underage consumption, providing alcohol to minors, drug use, drug possession, drug possession with intent to distribute, etc.) by filing a complaint, or retaining an attorney.

she has sued the jewish community center, the hospital next to one of the lots of land she has owned in the nieghboorhood, she has stopped our nieghbors from building there house because of certain codes,

she doesnt put up christmas lights, buys her daughter a house, makes her live next door and controls her life, she made a hospital next to her house (she owns 4 lots with one house on it) put up a wall so she couldnt hear the cars moving in and out. she sued neighboors for taking down a tree that was half on her property

and now she is pressing charges against us. her daughter wrote a 3 page paper against us. the dick cop wrote a report profiling us stating:

                                "the house is

the citation the cops gave us was for "disorderly conduct"

today: i got a burning permit, found Orange County sound ordinance laws, got a decibel meter and a police scanner from radio shack, hooked up 2 more security cameras, and posted up the COUNTY LAWS about sound on my door, so that when an officer comes, i can point to the decibel meter, point to the sound codes, and tell him to shut the fuck up (politely, of course)

                                THIS IS WAR!
