    eastcoast connection!!!

so i was working deliverying pizza here in northeast philly and guess what. i went to this place where 4 blocks all te way around there are only auto shops. parts body repair electronics etc. i deliver there and got the guys card. here is what is says in the back.jdm mottors and swaps

wheels tires and full suspension upgrades

    mobile audio video & security

    full body kits and spoilers

    custom vinyl graphics and lettering

full turbo, superchargers and nitrous kits

    custom intercooler and exhaust piping.

i called them and they said $2200 for the h22 engine and no tranny. is that a good price.

lol but hey at least we don't have to wait for 2 weeks to get the engine home. lol

Just from some mild shopping, $2,200 is too much without tranny.

And yes, do it yourself, that's half the fun.

They have to make a buck too. $2200 seems a little steep.

id think 2200 would include installation, you could find the h22 block for around 900 online.

If you get it installed for 2200, then you're ok. Still kinda steep, but ok. I paid $2400 shipped for a complete swap... motor, tranny, ECU, every sensor, and lots of spare parts. Plus the AC, PS, etc...

well for me its ok. i don't like buying stuff online. i just wanna talk to the guy who buy from<<< so he don't fucks me in the back.

so anyways. the price looked a little high with out the tranny. i don't think i will make any major swaps soon so i still got time to shop around.

hopefully i can buy a good auto tranny cooler for my cb7.
