So if you own a 360 chances are you have had to call in to their support line....and that leads you to the fucking retarded automated Max....it never seems to get to where I need to go without going through 5 different, yet ueless (most of the time), steps....I also usually have to call it 3 times before I get an actual agent because it seems to like to hang up on me....Its a pain in the ass.....but atleast it doesnt mix up what Im saying so I guess thats a plus
but that leads me to the actual live agent you have to deal with....Tonight my xbox screwed up....The screen went all screwy....had like 10 different screens on it....kinda hard to explain...but anyways....
When I finally convinced Max to let me talk to a live agent, the agent proved to be about as useful as Max....I explained the situation to him and then he tells me to check my cables....I already had so I told him that.....he then spouts off some gibberish....then tells me to check my cables again....To humor him I do....I figure I might have missed something earlier so theres no harm in trying again....To the surprise of only the agent checking the cables does nothing.....So the agent then tells me that I should switch cables with a friend to see if my cables are the problem.....I was like dude a) its 3am so thats not an option and b) I dont have any friends with a 360....but he continues to suggest this to me....Finally I got the point across that I wasnt able to switch cables with anyone....So guess what he suggests I do........
He fucking tells me to unhook my cables again to see if it does anything this time....by now Im fucking pissed so I said listen fucktard the cables arent the fucking problem...Neither the cables nor the xbox have moved since it last worked (earlier tonight)...in fact the cables/xbox havent fucking moved in a month when I got it back from my last repair....So set up a fucking repair for my xbox....I need this shit for xmas day when I get guitar hero 3.....He reluctantly tells me hes gonna put me on hold to set up the repair.....I wait for 10 min on hold....then when he comes back he tells me their system is down and I have to call back tomorrow morning to finish the process....I got my reference number and hung up
