Touchscreen BoomboxPC

i haven't been around much lately, partly due to work on my gf's civic wagon (dropped on H&R Sports/Tokico Illuminas)...


but, the main reason is this... my BoomboxPC.



It's a complete computer, fully integrated into a vintage Hitachi TRK-8200HR ghettoblaster, including webcam, USB, and wireless networking. 100% portable and rechargeable. mp3/vid playback through custom media player interface, designed to mimic original appearance.



This will be featured in next month's issues of BPM Magazine and CustomPC Magazine UK.

no, not really. i've been sidetracked. the only real update on the car pc is that by using a hacked driver, it now runs XP. i'll probably end up using a more powerful computer when/if i fully install something.
