H22 Engine Sketch

I used to have a picture of an H22 engine that was hand drawn or a lot of filters applied to it in Photoshop. It looks like it was done on canvas or whatever but I can't find it.

if any of you have one or seen it, let me know because I need to make a head image for a friedns website using it.
