      "Just doing their job"

They need to restructure their tactics as many lives are being risked by following the book......

      Suck your dick eh?

That right there shows how narrow minded and ignorant you are that you couldn't come up with a more intelligent statement.

So we should make it mandatory to have vehicles come equipped with GPS tracking devices?

      I can see it now.

Increases in already high vehicle sale costs.

One more thing to go wrong and need to be fixed.

More paperwork.....do you get the idea?

All of this because people today think its easier to rob a bank then hold a real job?

That its easier to kill themselves and everyone around them then to stand up and take responsibility for their actions?

And id like to see your feelings on this situation when your mother gets hit head on by a fucking bank robber "fleeing" from the cops....

Obviously feeling from the cops was the least of his worries. He had serious fucking issues to deal with and a fucking GPS unit was the last thing that was going to save anyone.

If he didnt rob a bank yesterday maybe he would have shot up a movie theater tomorrow killing your brother.

While i am partial to the high speed pursuit argument and i agree that there must be better ways, to blame this whole situation on the cops when they have no better solution at this time is fucking moronic.

Why dont you venture into the real world and see what its like.

It might do you some good.

You think thats the worse part I think thats gonna be part of OBD3 with GPS tracking in your future cars. Sure you can have GPS tracking device if you like someone looking over your shoulder all the time. IMO its an invasion of my privacy, waste of my money, waste of my time, and I dont like people knowing every one of my moves. If you like GPS on yourself go for it. He most likely knew he was fucked so he ended his life like that...Pussy ass mother fucker.

Blaming cops in this situation is just wrong...As mentioned shows how ignorant you are. The cops were trying to stop the fool from weaving in and out of traffic but they couldnt because they have to prevent themselves from fuckin innocent people over while making sure the perpetrator doesnt do anything retarded (which he already was for trying to run from the cops in the first place)...unfortunately that did not go too well. Most police tactics are trained to stop a car if not immobilize it. The only thing they dont take into account is the traffic which on normal roads as I recall they have to get permission to do certain maneuvers to stop a vehicle. The cops did the best they can do. Oncoming traffic, 2 lane road, person doing 3 digit speed limit...you tell me. I can see that as being a difficult situation already.

Anyone robbing something and planning to get away with it in this day and time especially a fuckin bank is going to get the cops on there ass regardless. There is so much technology nowadays its not even funny. Still there are ways to bypass if you research your way but you better know wtf your doing.

Right i dont want GPS in my car unless i put it there.

            Point well made.

And yea anyone who thinks that they can rob a fucking bank today and possibly get away must be high on meth.....i mean it isnt 1932....its fucking 2007....for christ sake they have aerial transportation, motorolla, and hemis lol.

Its just sad that people today care nothing about the person next to them. Such disregard for people and there property.

Could the police have immobilized his car sooner? Maybe....but do you have any idea how complex a situation is like that?

Not only do you have to worry about other motorists but other cops involved in the chase, bystanders, property....etc.

I think in most instances in a high speed chase, the lead car is usually the more experienced and together the group makes decisions depending on the drivers actions.

Unfortunately i dont think anyone thought this dude was going to purposely hit someone else head on.

Usually when people flee they do in some way try to avoid that.

Blaming the cops for someone else's actions is just fucking ignorant.

The cops wouldnt have to be in that situation if he had just manned up and got a real job like the rest of us.

often times thats true, police are supoosed to let him go if the pursuit is putting the public at risk. however it does look like they were backed off a bit. the guy in the altima was just a waste of a life. if he wanted to take himself out he should of just ran into one of those telephone polls or put himself in a ditch, he purposely ran into the supra with out regard to the poor guys friends and family. fucking bullshit. i hope hitler and satan are tag team fucking him up the ass in hell right now

It is true but at least the cops had common sense. There was absolutely no room to pull any maneuvers in that two lane with that amount of innocent bystanders around.

                  No of course.

Id bet 10$ that the cops plan was to let him get out on open road where traffic was limited....he had just turned off a major expwy and so of course there will be traffic.

The cops backed off knowing that the heli's would follow him and not lose sight of him.

He just had to go be a cunt.

blah blah blah... its not the police's fault. It is the guy who robbed the bank then decided to commit suicide and take others with him. wtf did the police do wrong!? Some people have nothing to live for and its really sad that they are so low that they would take innocent people's lives with them.

tru tru. Its kindof weird looking at a myspace of a dead guy. Kinda goes to show that anything can happen at anytime.

The police back off to make him slow down. Instead, he accelerates to triple digit speeds and deliberately slams headon into an oncoming vehicle driven by someone who has no connection to the situation. And you're honestly blaming this on the police? You actually have the audacity to take the side of someone who robbed a bank, then blatantly crossed the double yellow with no other provocation to commit homicide/suicide? Someone who took the life of a random individual for no reason whatsoever? You honestly believe he has no part in the responsibility for this? You seriously need professional help.
                            Who said they backed off?

Maybe it can anticipate future actions by a driver and prevent future crashes

Whats the story on this?(Sorry ive been out of it recently). Douch-bag robs a bank, then runs from cops, cops let back and then said guy decides to end his life by this crash?
